There are numerous discussions about holiday trips to high-risk areas (but not only) and the correct behaviour of returning holidaymakers with regard to the current development of corona infection figures. In August, compulsory testing and/or compulsory quarantine were established for returning travellers from risk areas. How does a trip to an area where there is a heightened risk affect the employment relationship? In this context, what rights and duties do employers and employees have in the time of coronavirus?
