Strengthening international enforceability of settlement agreements resulting from mediation and judgements of national courts

Singapore Convention entered into force and an agreement reached on the text of the Convention on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements in civil and commercial matters

We inform you about the innovations on international enforceability in our latest GSK Update.
