PHOENIX builds sustainable GIZ office complex in Frankfurt/Eschborn with GSK Stockmann

PHOENIX Real Estate Development GmbH builds a 32,000 m² office complex in Eschborn for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) with legal advice from GSK Stockmann.

The six-storey building with space for 1,000 workstations in Eschborn West is designed by the architects Caramel (Vienna) and marks the start of a green development for an entire district. It is planned as a campus-like office complex that meets the future requirements of a modern work environment and at the same time is characterized by sustainable construction and a pioneering road and traffic concept.

With Real Estate expert Johann Rumetsch and his team, GSK Stockmann provided PHOENIX with comprehensive legal advice on the conclusion of the purchase agreement including construction obligation with GIZ.
