Impacts of current tax developments on German-French investments: analysis and possible solutions

On 16 February 2016 both Broadlaw Group members Lefèvre Pelletier & associés (LPA) and GSK Stockmann + Kollegen will organise a joint seminar regarding the “Impacts of current tax developments on German-French investment” at the Paris office of LPA. The seminar aims to demonstrate and analyse the bilateral tax developments and, at the same time, identifying means of new resolutions.

The speakers Jacques-Henry de Bourmont, lawyer and partner at LPA and Dr. Petra Eckl, certified tax law specialist, tax advisor and partner at GSK Stockmann + Kollegen, will focus on the following topics:

  • Financial legislation 2016
  • Recent developments in the financial jurisprudence
  • Changes in the German-French double tax treaty

Some aspects of the seminar will be held in English.

Following the discussion we would be happy to invite you to join us for a cocktail where you will have an opportunity to continue discussions with speakers and other participants.
