GSK Stockmann advises Patron and Paulus on the lease of 25,000 sqm of office space to the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung

GSK Stockmann has advised the joint venture partners Paulus Immobiliengruppe and Patron Capital Partners on the lease of the planned office complex “Baufeld 43” in the Europaviertel district of Frankfurt. The approximately 25,000 sqm of space in Europaallee 92/Pariser Straße are being rented by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ). The publishing company plans to move into the complex with around 1,000 workplaces. There will also be a conference and meeting area on the first floor.

Paulus Immobiliengruppe and Patron Capital Partners acquired the commercial property from Aurelis Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG and aligned the competition with a total of six participating architectural offices.

Construction is scheduled to begin by the end of 2018 and the lease agreement is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2021. In addition to the striking 60-metre-high office tower, a seven-storey hotel with 350 rooms and a local supplier is being built on the ground floor.
