GSK is attending Deutsche GRI 2017

Despite the uncertain situation of the financial markets, including low interest rates, Trump and Brexit, Germany is seen as the favoured destination in the European Real Estate market. Germany might be a safe haven but there are significant trends arising. How will the real estate industry address these new challenges?

Changes in demographic, non-core assets, new models like coworking, micro apartments and proptech have become part of the modern day investor’s toolkit. Technology and innovative opportunities are impacting the industry, alongside increased competition. What kind of PropTech is out there right now, where are they based, what exactly are they doing and what are the most promising ideas? How can the “old and new economy” learn from each other? Is Micro Living a niche product or already a proper asset class?

These and other questions were discussed at Deutsche GRI where investors, project developers, financial institutions met together and develop valuable real estate strategies and relationships, find new business partners, and strengthen their global networks

GRI events are unlike anything else you’ve attended. There is no stage, there are no presentations and there are no panels. Instead, there are simultaneous closed-door discussions where everyone participates. You can quickly and efficiently identify partnership and investment opportunities from a room full of decision-makers ready to do business.

GSK Stockmann is also attending Deutsche GRI where Dirk Brückner, lawyer and partner at GSK Munich, is leading a discussion on „Club Deals on the Rise. What is this about: better returns or more control?“.

Join us on the 8th and 9th May at the Deutsche GRI 2017.

You will find further information on Deutsche GRI’s programme that you can download here.
