GSK AfterWorkTalks „Revitalisation of brownfield sites – Risks and Opportunities for Logistics Properties

Downloads
ProgrammPDF, 73 K

Investments in new developments demonstrate that logistics properties are today an established asset class. Due to its economic strength and central location, Germany is one of the most attractive logistics sites in Europe. The shortage of available space becomes increasingly a stumbling block for further development. The revitalization of brownfield sites is propagated as a possible way out of the shortage of space; but it does not only provide opportunities - it also bears risks.

GSK Stockmann + Kollegen would cordially invite you to the AfterWorkTalks – Logistics Properties. We look forward to meeting you and discuss current trends and developments with you and some leading figures in the industry.

Following the discussion we would be happy to invite you to join us for a get-together with a small buffet where you will have an opportunity to continue the discussion with speakers and other participants.
