New marketing rules for investment management companies

Regulation (EU) 2019/1156 (“Marketing Regulation”) and Germany’s new Fund Location Act have introduced several new marketing rules which had exclusively applied to external distribution in the past and now apply directly to investment management companies.

This GSK Update focuses on necessity to modify the marketing documents of funds in stages.
