  • Advising e-commerce/m-commerce/ start-up companies on IP/IT (including distance selling regulations) and data privacy
  • Copyright law, in particular advising on drafting legal clauses in contracts (e.g. supplemental agreements in relation to corporate transactions)
  • Advice on trade mark law, including strategic advice on trade mark portfolios, trade mark applications and dispute proceedings with third parties and trade mark offices
  • Advice in relation to notices on account of trade mark and copyright infringements and competition law violations
