Dr Marcus Peter is a partner and heads the investment funds and private equity practice at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg. He has ample knowledge and expertise in Luxembourg investment funds, private equity and venture capital, M&A, as well as corporate law matters. Admitted to practise in both Germany and Luxembourg, he frequently assists GSK clients with the cross-border structuring of investment funds and private equity transactions.
Marcus Peter and his teams work closely with clients to ensure successful and swift implementation of clients’ projects. His proficiency in German, English, French, and Russian further enhances his ability to navigate complex international files and legal matters.
