Dr Justus Jansen is Co-Managing Partner at GSK Stockmann and one of Germany’s top litigators. Based in our Hamburg office, he represents companies in complex commercial disputes in court and in national and international arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on corporate litigation and post-M&A disputes. He is particularly skilled in the strategic management of large-scale, often cross-border, proceedings, where he combines legal precision with commercial foresight. Clients rely on his expertise in business-critical disputes, often running into many millions and even billions of euros, particularly in corporate law and in the infrastructure, energy, chemicals and consumer goods sectors.
Justus has an impressive track record as a party representative and arbitrator and also contributes to the development of litigation and arbitration law through his work as a university lecturer and guest speaker. He is consistently recognised by industry rankings as one of the foremost litigation experts in Germany.
