The 1st edition of The Legal 500 Country Comparative Guide (Luxembourg) for Securitisation has been published by Legalease as part of a series of online country-specific legal guides in order to give insight to the law and regulations in unfamiliar jurisdictions. Each country chapter is written by a firm ranked by The Legal 500 in an easy to use Q&A format.
The aim of this guide is to provide its readers with a pragmatic overview of the law and practice of securitisation law across a variety of jurisdictions. The chapter provides information about the current issues affecting securitisation in a particular country and addresses topics such as regulations, SPVs and transfer of assets, as well as insight and opinion on the most common issues in Luxembourg.
