GSK Stockmann has provided comprehensive legal advice to the vendor on the conclusion of a purchase agreement concerning an office building in Mainz.
The object, which was built in the 1990s at the established office location “Kisselberg” in Mainz, was acquired by HAMBORNER REIT AG. The Mainz location is situated in a modern and dynamic environment with high development potential. The object is currently leased with a remaining term of approximately three years and is to undergo extensive modernization measures after the lease expires.
The vendor was exclusively advised by GSK Stockmann and BNP Paribas Real Estate on the conclusion of the purchase agreement with a cross-location team led by real estate expert Johann Rumetsch and corporate lawyer Dr. Uwe Jäger. The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction for the time being.
