GSK Stockmann advises the shareholders of ACTEUM Investment GmbH on the sale of the company to LBBW Immobilien, part of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg

GSK Stockmann advised the previous shareholders and founders of ACTEUM Investment GmbH on the transaction and the M&A-relevant legal issues with a team led by Markus Söhnchen and Gerhard Gündel.

LBBW Immobilien Investment Management GmbH acquired ACTEUM Investment GmbH based in Düsseldorf, including its asset management engagement for the open-ended special real estate fund “WertFonds S”. Within the LBBW Immobilien Group, which is part of the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg Group, LBBW Immobilien Investment Management is responsible for indirect real estate investments and in particular real estate funds for institutional investors.

ACTEUM Investment GmbH was founded in 2010 by Matthias Drüppel and Wolfgang Kölle as managing shareholders. ACTEUM Investment GmbH provides all of the asset management services for the “WertFonds S” special real estate fund on the basis of an outsourcing agreement with the fund’s asset management company. The special fund’s gross fund assets currently amount to around 470 million euros.
