GSK Stockmann advises R+V Versicherung on purchasing the Metropolitan in Düsseldorf

GSK Stockmann advised R+V Versicherung from Wiesbaden on purchasing the  “Metropolitan” office building in Düsseldorf. The seller is the Hines Pan-European Core Fund.

The office building, which was completed in 2003, is located near the Hofgarten in downtown Düsseldorf opposite the theatre “Schauspielhaus” on Gustav-Gründgens-Platz and offers approx. 7,000 m² of office space on seven floors. The property is fully let. The main tenant is a patent and law firm. 

GSK Stockmann and a team led by Rainer Werum assisted R+V Versicherung in drafting and negotiating the purchase agreement.
