GSK Stockmann has advised the buyer on the acquisition of the residental and commercial buildung Velum at Arnulfpark Munich.
The striking residential and commercial property near Munich’s main railway station has just over 5,700 m2 of leasable area and is let to a broadcaster, a bank, a real estate company and catering businesses in addition to apartment tenants.
GSK Stockmann assisted in the transaction with a team led by Michael Eggersberger. The advice included the legal due diligence and the negotiation of the purchase agreement.
