GSK Stockmann advised IMAXXAM Asset Management GmbH on the acquisition of a portfolio of eight office buildings valued at approximately EUR 180 million.
The seller of the portfolio is Frankfurt-based NAS Real Investment Management GmbH. The eight buildings comprising offices and medical centres are part of the portfolio of the joint venture “BR-NAS German Mittelstand”, which NAS had built up together with BlueRock since 2017. The portfolio comprises a total of approx. 84,350 sqm of rental space.
