GSK Stockmann advises FONDSGRUND and five institutional investors on the purchase of the Technical Town Hall in Leipzig

A GSK Stockmann team led by Michael Jani advised the Hamburg-based investment and asset manager FONDSGRUND and a club of German institutional investors led by Volksbank Mittelhessen on the acquisition of the “Technical Town Hall” in Leipzig. Partners Michael Jani and Max Wilmanns from GSK Stockmann’s Hamburg office led an interdisciplinary team working together across multiple locations on the structuring of this first club deal as well as on all real estate, tax, investment and antitrust law issues relating to the purchase.
