GSK Stockmann advises B&B Hotels on the installation of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles

GSK Stockmann provided comprehensive legal advice to B&B Hotels Germany GmbH on concluding an agreement for the installation and operation of charging stations for electric vehicles at more than 150 B&B Hotels locations in Germany.

By providing charging infrastructure for electric vehicles at its over 150 hotels in Germany by the end of 2023, the hotel chain B&B Hotels is making a significant contribution to improving the local charging infrastructure. By offering this additional charging option, B&B Hotels is providing an alternative to conventional filling stations and contributing to sustainability.

For the technical implementation of the project, B&B Hotels has partnered with Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen GmbH with the brand Charge One, one of the market leaders in the e-mobility sector, who will plan, install and operate the charging infrastructure for the more than 150 B&B Hotels.

With a team led by real estate partner Johann Rumetsch, GSK Stockmann provided comprehensive advice to B&B Hotels on the negotiations and drafting of the contract.
