GSK Stockmann advises ABG Capital on acquisition of ART155 office building in Munich

GSK Stockmann provided comprehensive legal counsel to ABG Capital on the acquisition of the ART155 office building, formerly known as Artemis, on Landsberger Strasse in Munich. With an occupancy rate of nearly 100%, the property fetched a purchase price of 150 million euros.

ABG Capital, the investment manager for ABG Real Estate Holding GmbH & Co. KG headquartered in Munich, has partnered with several pension funds to acquire the property at Landsberger Strasse 155-159 from Goldman Sachs Asset Management and CW Real Estate GmbH. Previously known as Artemis, the office building in Munich’s Westend district was originally built in 2000 and then modernized in 2021. It has an occupancy rate of nearly 100% as well as 23,200 square meters of rental area, 280 parking garage spaces, and a direct connection to a high-speed Internet hub. Anchor tenants include Edgeconnex, Ecos Office Center, Check24, and Hill-Rom.
