Our distinguished speakers will discuss the varying European approaches regarding the arbitral tribunal’s power to determine its own jurisdiction (competence-competence) and the review by state courts from a practical perspective.

The discussion will be moderated by GSK Stockmann’s Dispute Resolution Team members Dr. Wajma Mangal and Dr. Antonius Jonetzki.
