Employment law issues in connection with the coronavirus

RELEASE FROM DUTIES (GARDEN LEAVE), WORK FROM HOME, REMUNERATION, SHORT-TIME ALLOWANCE AND OTHER KEY ISSUES

The continuing sharp rise in the spread of the coronavirus has now been classified as a pandemic.
It has not yet reached its peak in Europe. For Germany, it is currently not expected to peak until summer 2020. The measures associated with combating the virus affect all areas of life. Companies as employers are affected in several ways. They have to set the right course in their everyday work life and react appropriately to the situation. We have summarized the most important questions and answers arising in this context in an update.
